The breath is intimately connected to our ability to create a more therapeutic practice and can be tapped into anytime.  This class will dig in to how to use the breath to magnify the therapeutic impact of your work on the mat. We'll begin with a brief overview of the anatomy of the breath then transition through a breath-centric practice designed to help you tap into the breath in a way that you can utilize anytime you like, on or off your mat. The flow portion of this class will incorporate different pranayama practices into a deeply therapeutic flow to help create a calm sense of invigoration to prepare you for a full day ahead. Most importantly, you will gain an understanding and experience of the breath as well as some tools that you can tap back into in any practice, anytime.  Open to all levels with some vinyasa experience.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
