Strength, mobility and balance are essential for every runner. Learn some Do-it-Yourself exercises that require little to no equipment and can be done in only a few minutes. With just a few minutes before or after your runs you can care for your runner's body.

Foam rollers: bring one if you have it.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
