Come explore the world of Hand-to-hand! We'll build upon from a great foundation in Foot-to-hand, finding statuesque stability standing in our bases hands, finding grace in transitions in and out that prepare us to transfer that stability to Handstands in hands. Come with 10 second Low Foot-to-hand, 30 second hand and head stand at the wall.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
