Got "yoga butt"? Afraid of getting it? Never heard of it but have an ache at your hamstring attachment? Do you have really long hamstrings and are flexible but have no strength in your back side? Then this class is for you. Most yoga practitioners can boast open hamstrings, but very few can say they have strong ones. All muscle tissue should be both strong and supple. If your hamstrings only have one of the other, the muscle tissue is imbalanced. Come and balance yourself, isn't that what the practice is all about anyways?
