Limited Capacity filling up

If you don't understand the title then you definitely need to jump into class for some 90's tunes for the first 30 minutes of HIIT class, don't worry Britney Spears won't be the only music all class. The HIIT portion of class - high intensity interval training - will be high energy, fun and sweaty. We will have timed and repetition-based exercises with lots of modifications offered for all levels of bodies in class. After sweating our brains out we will move into a yummy stretching yoga practice to finish the class with some yin to our early yang. The yin yoga practice will offer the body an opportunity to lower the heart rate, cool down and feel great after a solid full body workout.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
