Get ready to get dirty and hit the trails with confidence. This trail running workshop will teach the important aspects of trail running, including the benefits, form and technique, running uphill and downhill, and pacing. We'll end the class with a group run off of the beaten path on Cheat Mountain Ridge Trail. The interactive workshop will last 20-30 minutes followed by the trail run. After class, hang around for a Q&A on gear, hydration, shoes, nutrition and safety.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
