Running the way the human body is made to run reduces the risk of injury and makes you more efficient as a runner. This class will teach you the essential elements of natural running followed by a short run/walk workout to try out your new skills. This class is for the most basic levels and there's no running experience required.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
