As human beings we're not only made to run but we're made to run long distances. Join us for instruction on natural running the way the body is made to run. We'll begin with a kind and gentle video analysis of participants' running form along with interactive instruction to make you a more natural runner. The class is intended to increase running efficiency and decrease the likelihood of injury. We'll end the class with some drills and a short and easy run to practice your new skills. Relax, as this is a no judgment class.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
