Limited Capacity filling up

Start the morning with a primer on good running form followed by a serotonin boosting out and back road run. Enjoy the fresh new day in the company of other runners and the rhythm of the road. We'll begin with 10-15 minutes of instruction and run for 60-80 minutes with everyone ending at the same time. The pace will be easy and relaxed and a designated sweeper makes sure no one gets left behind.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
