Do you love arm balances?

Let's float & fly together!

We will begin with meditation on the board to still the fluctuations of your mind and to find your center. We will then warm of up arms, shoulders, hips and core thru a vinyasa flow designed to prepare your body for arm balances such as the much adored aka pada koundinyasana 1 & 2, the well known bakasana (crow) & eka pada bakasana (flying crow), parsva bakasana (side crow) and more! The sky is the limit! Come ready to play! Maybe even pop up into a headstand or handstand if you're feeling daring!

At the end of our playtime, we will stretch and relax with a few grounded yin postures, reconnecting to our breath and our hearts.

Practice will be sealed with savasana, guided relaxation, loving kindness and a moment of gratitude.

Enjoy a lovely water taxi ride back to shore where you are encouraged to stay to relax and enjoy the beach or enjoy a quiet moment in the hammocks nearby.

Dress in layers for comfort and bring a towel for additional comfort.
