Step into nature and on to the water. This 90-minute class combines nature, yoga, breathing and meditation. The first 60 minutes will be a breath-based Vinyasa flow that will challenge your balance and strength. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to calming stretches and a guided, floating meditation utilizing the surrounds of nature to find stillness.
