This class is a slow vinyasa flow with modifications for ALL levels. You will be guided through a gentle and well-rounded practice that will be safe and enjoyable for all. So whether you're new to yoga, working with a restriction or injury, new to SUP Yoga or just in the mood for a slower class, join me. You'll leave class feeling relaxed, energized, and inspired!

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
