If you've mastered the warrior asana on land, it's time to take your practice to a new surface. See if you can master your typical vinyasa flow while (literally) floating. During this floating vinyasa class the paddleboard will become your mat and you will wake up muscles throughout your body that you don't normally utilize when practicing on solid ground. As we move and breathe together we will do our sun salutations under the sun and calm the mind during one of the most peaceful savasanas you'll ever have.
