Water is a shape shifter and is able to adapt to the hardness of what lies in its path by yielding. This yin class will focus on slowing down and going deep into our bodies. Cultivating the spirit of water we will learn to let go of the struggle and practice yielding to the natural flow of life and each moment. This class will recharge and give back to our body, mind, and spirit all while we enjoy the water beneath our boards and nature around us.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
