In this meditation workshop, we explore the relationship between breath and focus so that you can experience the subtle sensations of the body as you let your awareness rise. The breath has the ability to become a tool for grounding, focus, clarity, and cleansing. Learning how to control and use your breath to create a calm mind, alleviate stress, and bring you into the present moment are only a few of the benefits you will gain from this class.

We will learn the premise of pranayama and work with three types of techniques; The beginning of class will be lecture for the first half then practice for the rest with some time for experience sharing.
