Limited Capacity filling up

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." ― John Muir The trees sing, the mountains listen, the flowers dance in gentle breezes, and the water reminds us to go with the flow. Nature is always speaking but are we listening? We will explore the beautiful outdoors of West Virginia with pieces of poetry interspersed throughout this adventure. Mary Oliver might remind us to shine like the trees while John Muir will help us to recall the healing medicine of the mountains. Be sure to bring your own journal to allow your own voice to be heard as we will reflect and write in the sacred energy of nature.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
