Limited Capacity seats available

Nurture your transformation for finding your True North. Find your path by learning to let go.

What is play? Why do adults need playtime? How is this important in finding your True North? In this basics class we will spend the first 5-10 minutes answering those questions to deconstruct our work habits. Reframing our minds for play. After the lecture you will be introduced to a hula hoop routine. We will walk through the routine together. Then break it down trick by trick with one on one instruction.

Each day we will learn a different hula hoop routine to awaken, explore, and strengthen your growth.

Classes can be taken separately. However, attendance to all three classes is encouraged for the full experience of the three day course. A limited number of hula hoops will be provided, fifteen to twenty. Bring water, yoga mat, a hula hoop, and a playful heart.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
