Wanderlust Snowshoe 2018

Yearning to explore & diving into play.

Bring out the inner child hiding in all of us. We will revisit major points from the basics class. In the first 5 minutes we will talk about the highlights of the importance of play. Followed by a playful warm up with our hula hoops. Warm up will incorporate activities that will melt away everyday habits that harden our inner child. After the warm up we dive right into our hula hoop routine. We will walk through the routine together. Then break it down trick by trick with one on one instruction. Come ready to roll in the grass, growl like a lion, and laugh a lot. Class will end with a group activity. Creating a Flower of Life with our hula hoops.

Each day we will learn a different hula hoop routine to awaken, explore, and strengthen your growth.

Wear long legged bottoms and long sleeve top if sensitivity to grass contact on skin. Classes can be taken separately. However, attendance to all three classes is encouraged for the full experience of the three day course. A limited number of hula hoops will be provided, fifteen to twenty. Bring water, yoga mat, a hula hoop, and a playful heart.
