Have you ever wondered how circus hoopers spin three, four or even six hoops at once? In this class we will start with circus hoop drills to strengthen and train your body. Circus drills help build the endurance needed for multi-hula hooping. We will drill spinning the hula hoop on our hands, neck, torso, and feet. Spinning the hoop in dominant and opposite directions. After drills you will be introduced to hula hooping with two hula hoops at once. Twin hula hooping. Twin hula hooping seems overwhelming but in this class twin hooping is simplified. From weaves to on body hooping. Twin hooping will Increase your hoop related creativity, body awareness, and strength. We will walk through a twin hula hoop routine together then break it down trick by trick. One on One instruction will be provided throughout the class. Come ready for a physical challenge.

*This class is not part of the three day Transformative Play Hula Hoop Course.

A limited number of hula hoops will be provided, fifteen to twenty. Bring two hula hoops matching in size. Hula hoops should be body hooping sized hoops. Bring water, yoga mat, twin hula hoops, and a towel to wipe all the hard work off your face.
