Limited Capacity filling up

This class looks at how a yoga practice influences the fascia and the health and resilience of the connective tissue. This class starts with a lecture and moves into a yoga practice that involves both movement and stillness putting the information into action. The lecture component of this class breaks down the ways a yoga practice can help remodel the fascial tissues and the ways we can work with or against the natural tendencies of these tissues. You'll get a chance to experience these changes in a yoga practice to feel for yourself the effects your practice can have on the fascia and how to make the best use of this knowledge on your mat and in your life. The yoga practice explores several different styles, please have some vinyasa experience but no need to be an expert.

***Please bring 3 tennis balls for this class.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
