The body thrives when it is offered the opportunity to sweat, move, stretch and burn fat so that it can get stronger and build more muscle. HIIT is a form of exercise called high intensity interval training. This kind of training has been proven to burn more calories and become one of the most efficient forms of exercise. If you are new to working out or just want to jump off your yoga mat for a new adventure, then try out HIIT and see how this exciting class can make working out fun. This class will offer modifications, functional movement and lots of "how tos" to make sure the body is being efficient and safe during the workouts. Don't worry, no need to think you'll get "HIIT".
