We spend a lot of time on our hands in a yoga practice. This, for many, can result in wrist pain. So how do we fix it? We'll look to the shoulders, pec muscles, hand alignment, and ways to both stretch and strengthen your wrists, hands, and forearms. This will all be done within the framework of a Kula Flow vinyasa class. Expect to learn a lot AND to have the opportunity to move and use what you learn within your practice (not just as static exercises). You will leave set up with a lifetime of tools that will keep your hands and wrists healthy.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
