This class is a slow vinyasa flow with modifications for ALL levels. You will be guided through a gentle and well-rounded practice that will be safe and enjoyable for all. Learn to navigate the fine line between effort and ease, and uncover how important trust is for your practice. Relinquish your grip on perfection and embrace the playful nature of SUP Yoga! Take the opportunity to cool down and have a good laugh. You will take a spin on your floating mat to start, then settle in for a short meditation and warm up. If you've mastered the warrior asana on land, it's time to take your practice to a new surface. See if you can master your typical vinyasa flow while (literally) floating. During this floating vinyasa class the paddleboard will become your mat and you will wake up muscles throughout your body that you don't normally utilize when practicing on solid ground. As we move and breathe together we will do our sun salutations under the sun and calm the mind during one of the most peaceful savasanas you'll ever have.

Step into nature and on to the water. This 90-minute class combines nature, yoga, breathing and meditation. The first 60 minutes will be a breath-based Vinyasa flow that will challenge your balance and strength. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to calming stretches and a guided, floating meditation utilizing the surrounds of nature to find stillness.

This progressive vinyasa flow integrates core awakening exercises throughout to help you hone in on the deepest layers of strength at your core. Challenge your focus and balance with a standing posture series, followed by arm balance and inversion play time. Be willing to get wet, and abandon perfection. This breath focused vinyasa practice will have you bringing your A-game to the board. Ujjayi breath guided movements will warming your spine and lead to a few fiery salutations to the sun. Rock your core with a powerful plank and core focused series adding challenge to your practice before unleashing your own creative fiery flow. Reclaim your breath and awareness in a few longer held postures to build strength and stoke your internal fire. To wind down, you'll find sanctuary in grounded, long held postures where you can breathe more deeply with a calming & balancing breath.

Practice will be sealed with savasana, a guided relaxation, loving kindness and gratitude.

You'll be taxied off the the water and back to shore where you'll be set free to boldly rock the rest of your day.

Dress in layers and bring a towel for a little extra comfort in savasana.

Do you love arm balances?

Let's float & fly together!

We will begin with meditation on the board to still the fluctuations of your mind and to find your center. We will then warm of up arms, shoulders, hips and core thru a vinyasa flow designed to prepare your body for arm balances such as the much adored aka pada koundinyasana 1 & 2, the well known bakasana (crow) & eka pada bakasana (flying crow), parsva bakasana (side crow) and more! The sky is the limit! Come ready to play! Maybe even pop up into a headstand or handstand if you're feeling daring!

At the end of our playtime, we will stretch and relax with a few grounded yin postures, reconnecting to our breath and our hearts.

Practice will be sealed with savasana, guided relaxation, loving kindness and a moment of gratitude.

Leave the comfort of your mat on shore and step into the beauty of a floating studio. This class is designed to introduce students to the unique practice of SUP Yoga. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance. The floating studio provides the perfect setting to let go of the monkey mind and be fully present in the moment. (If you are not fully present, you are in the water.) After a short meditation and gentle stretching we will heat things up with sun salutations and a progressive practice where you can challenge yourself and redefine body awareness on an unstable foundation. There will be plenty of play time to test out your favorite poses on the water. Be prepared to laugh, have fun and test the waters! All levels welcomed, beginners encouraged.

Whether you are new to yoga, SUP or both, come experience the wonder of finding peace & balance of a practice on the water.

Gain confidence and stability in this breath focused vinyasa practice on the water.

Class will begin with a moment of silence to connect you to your breath, your board and the elements around you. Gentle, grounded, breath synced movements will warm your spine and help you feel more comfortable moving on the board. Before you know it, you'll be flowing through your practice with grace and ease, opening up your body and mind to the possibilities to take flight on the board. After a little discovery and play, you'll settle into yin like postures where you can reconnect with your breath and more deeply with yourself.

Practice will be sealed with savasana, a guided relaxation, loving kindness and space for gratitude.

You'll be taxied to shore feeling blissfully refreshed and rejuvenated.

Dress in layers and bring a towel if you'd like a little extra comfort during savasana.

This is a deeply relaxing and gentle floating yin yoga practice where you are invited to slow down and create space for stillness. It is a practice designed to ground and balance your energy while connecting to yourself, nature and the beautiful waters around you. Experience a sweet release as we get into tightness and tension within the joints and connective tissue. All postures will be lying down, seated or kneeling and will be held for 3 to 5 minutes.This practice is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga, martial arts, cycling and running. We'll get into the ooey gooey tension of the hips, spine and shoulders, allowing you to float into stillness and making for the most delicious savasana you have yet to experience on water.

Step into nature and on to the water. This 90-minute class combines nature, yoga, breathing and meditation. The first 60 minutes will be a breath-based Vinyasa flow that will challenge your balance and strength. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to calming stretches and a guided, floating meditation utilizing the surrounds of nature to find stillness.

Water is a shape shifter and is able to adapt to the hardness of what lies in its path by yielding. This yin class will focus on slowing down and going deep into our bodies. Cultivating the spirit of water we will learn to let go of the struggle and practice yielding to the natural flow of life and each moment. This class will recharge and give back to our body, mind, and spirit all while we enjoy the water beneath our boards and nature around us.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
